hospitals.

- How does Kardio record accurate BPM data?
Every time your heart beats, the blood volume in your finger increases. Though it’s not visible to human eyes, digital cameras can detect the change, since a finger with a higher blood volume will absorb more light, and conversely, reflect less light back at the camera. Kardio captures video of your finger, then distills it into RGB channels that are analyzed to determine a rough BPM based on reflectivity. The technology is accurate to within three beats per minute.

Ottima app base gratuita! Meno dettagliata di Heart Rate ma completamente gratuita! Optim free base app! Less detailed than Heart Rate but completely free!
Just started using this app and if you love being organized then this will change your life! Respect to the developers and designers that created such an amazing app! It is great in all aspects.
All very convenient. I really like the design of this application. On my iPhone, it looks just fine. Much easier than keeping a separate log. Easier for my doctor to view readings.
it has .99$ in-app purchase
Lots of these apps are focused on trying to get you into races with friends. Over a heartbeat? Please. This app keeps it simple. If I like it, I can pay to remove ads and it will do one thing and do it well. I kinda wish it allowed a timer based measurement so that I would ask for my pulse during my workout, without forcing me to unlock the screen. Permissions might not let it though.
